So my Dad picked out the squinkies (ages 4+) to coincide with the comic (Avengers vs X-men) so I could play out the comic with my toys. I went from having no Valentine’s Day plans to looking forward to one of the most epic THOR’Sdays of my entire life.
Here’s another picture from my hike today, only it’s not random.
I find period related things funny as a general rule, but beyond that I loved that during my hike I was looking into the city skyline against the sunset and thinking about how beautiful things are when man interacts with nature and then I see this. The brilliant thing about it is this doesn’t change my mind that man interacting with nature is a beautiful thing. I’d take this abandoned pad to look out onto the wondrous thing that is a city set up in a way that compliments the mountain and a beautiful bridge spanning the Golden Gate. People are amazing and can make incredible things that hold an insane amount of beauty. And then sometimes people are amazing and can make you realize that you have never wanted to know a story more than you want to know the story of how an open (seemingly unused) pad ended up on a slightly used path.

I’m really looking forward to getting to vote in my first ever presidential election. I’m so glad I’m a mature adult.
Also yay parents for sending awesome care packages.

Here’s the film I worked on for a week. It was in the top 6 out of 108 and… I won best actress for it.
I hope you enjoy it. (It’s about birth and what happens when you exist but you’re not alive).
